Powerful quiet time!

Silence is a powerful part of your life. It's the quiet time that opens your heart and soul to God and pushes aside the distractions of the world. It's your personal one-on-one time to spend with God. Practice it daily and it's your path to a radical, intimate relationship with God.

Sadly, many people say they spend time with God, but few actually do it. This Lenten season, however, you can start your journey toward renewing your relationship with God. Commit to the daily practice of quiet time.

During Lent, the Wednesday night Bible study class is reading Six Secrets to a Powerful Quiet Time, a book by Catherine Martin. Pastor Greg Herndon leads the group. It meets 7 to 8 p.m. in Room 9. Join in anytime. Northland community residents are welcome to attend.
